Here’s how it works:
You book your time. I send you a short survey about your business. You answer the questions before the call. I read the responses. You prepare your questions for me. We talk for 60 minutes.
I will be able to answer some of your questions during our call. For others, I’ll advise you on how to go about finding the answer or getting the buy-in that you need. There is also a chance that you might have a question that needs more than 60 minutes to talk through. If one question seems likely to eat up our time, I’ll let you know in case you want to talk through other questions instead.
By the end of the call, I promise that you’ll have an answer to some of your questions and a game plan for finding the answers to others.
